Consumer Protection Forces Website Changes on Viagogo

The Swiss operator of ticket exchange and ticket resale company Viagogo has made commitments to make changes to its website for European customers and to amend its general terms and conditions by August 2024 under pressure from the Consumer Protection Cooperation Network (CPC), which comprises the European Commission and the national consumer protection authorities of member states.
